Mule Deer:
We start hunting Mule Deer
in the month of September. These hunt take us into the high
alpine mountain areas. These hunts are conducted from one
of our main high camps in which we use horses to gain access
into the alpine basins. Back packing into several remote areas
can be very productive at times. If you like to get out and
experience the wilderness this is the hunt for you. Black
bear make a great combination on this hunt. We also hunt into
the rut and can combine this with moose and or whitetail.
Whitetail Deer
Whitetail deer can be hunted with most other species as
a combo hunt or if you are the avid deer hunter the time to hunt
is mid to late November. We can take 2 bucks on this hunt. We
use all methods of hunting from hunting logging roads and
clear cuts from the 4x4 truck, spot and stalk, and hunting in
stands.
Hunting these whitetail in our area makes for a real
enjoyable and exciting hunt.
